Yoga Classes and Workshop Calendar
Therapeutic Yoga Offerings
Gentle (90 minutes)
This class, appropriate for absolute beginners, and those navigating injuries or recovery from injuries is 90 minutes long, with plenty of personalized attention and customized sequences. We begin with breath work followed by a gentle warm-up. Then we explore standing, seated, balancing and strengthening poses. Modifications will be given as necessary and blocks, blankets and bolsters are available to support the specific needs of each practitioner. Class size kept to only 4 students.
Intermediate (75 minutes)
This class is designed for those who have complete a session(s) of the gentle class or who have a basic foundation of yoga poses. Rather then static postures with lots of props and a thorough alignment breakdown, this class includes more flowing and connected sequences to build strength and flexibility as well as cardio-pulmonary health. This class also includes an introduction to some basic wall yoga poses.

Early morning classes
Energizing Morning Flow (60 minutes)
An invigorating, flow yoga with focus on improving concentration and alertness. This program stimulates circulation and works on core strength to get you ready for whatever the day might bring. This is a challenging class, appropriate for those with some prior yoga experience.
Gentle Rise & Shine (60 minutes)
This class is designed to gently wake up the body and the mind, preparing both for the work day ahead. Appropriate for all levels
Midday Yoga Break* (45 minutes)
Open to all levels of students, this class offers stillness, subtle flow and strength. Great for shifting any stagnant energy and providing a more calm and productive day. Do Terra essential oils will be used to enhance relaxation. And after class stop by our smoothie and juice bar for an additional healthy pick me up!
Meditation/Constructive Rest (30 minutes)
Join us for a half hour of bliss and self care, designed to calm down a busy mind and create fresh energy and clarity for the second half of the work day. Different forms of meditation will be explored including traditional seated meditation, supine (lying down) meditation, guided meditation and breathing exercises.
Relax & Recharge: Restorative (60 minutess)
Wipe away the stress of the day with our Restorative yoga program. Using props, peaceful music, and deeply held postures, help the body to let go of stress on all levels so you can enjoy your night and sleep deeply. Designed for all levels and includes breath work, guided meditations, and a long sivasana (final rest!)
Rejuvenating Vinyasa (60 mins)
Before you head home, or out, get your energy moving and blood pumping with this fun flow class. This class is appropriate for intermediate practitioners and beginners who are familiar with the basic postures taught in the Vinyasa Flow style. Deeper versions of postures will be offered for those ready for them. Each practitioner can work at their own level.
